What happens on the call

A 20–30 minute call, by phone or video, at a time that suits you. You talk, we listen: the subjects and levels your child needs, how school is going, any deadlines ahead, and anything affecting their learning, from confidence and focus to exam pressure or a diagnosis such as ADHD or autism. You speak to the team who will arrange your child’s tutoring, never a call centre.

What you leave with

A clear written recommendation: the tutor we would match, the session structure we suggest, and where we would start. If we are not the right fit, we will say so. There is no obligation to proceed after the consultation, and nothing to prepare.
